What is OSO and where is it? thanks

In general numbers (a lot of variables in cams) with stock exhaust / aftermarket exhaust with water dumping at stock location you will most likely have reversion problems with duration @ .050 greater than 230 the 112 separation is not good either 114 would be much better

Pm me your email or number we can talk, I can give you two or three shops you can call about cams

Have you done any work on props?
If not you can get more bang for your buck with some prop work

    Another boat forum OffshoreonlyDOTcom

you can google 7.4 mercruiser upgrades or 330hp 7.4 mpi or variations and those threads will come up that way also. Kefur did some work to his motor as well, so I would advise to give him a shout. Great guy, I met him when he let me borrow his scanner and was able to fix my 454 mag mpis after 4 years of unexplained lower than expected wot mph. I picked up 4-5 mph!

every thing your getting ready to do sounds great but i would look at your insurance policy real good for the little loop holes that they can deny any claim because of aftermarket parts and more horse power.and tell them about it.,they will still deny a claim because any single part can deem it not sea worthy.by telling them, you will win after a long fight.

Have spoke to several people about reversion even comp cam and they say that cam will have no issues but if you have someone else to talk to about it i am willing to listen. going to break in motors with the current props which are 23p 4 blade then after break in going to borrow a buddy of mines 26p 4 blade and kind of see what happens.

Have you considered forged rotating assemblies since your this far into it? Forged bottom ends will open you up to clone 525sc/600sc if your quest for power is going to continue. I've seen quite a few good deals on take offs of the 177 and 250 blowers with pulleys and carbs lately. I have my cam card for my custom grind from JRC Cams if you want it for comparison.
