one person was recovered and passed away but 2 other passengers were rescued and alive.made appointment to have eyes checked ,when i was on cedar lake for fireworks i was having a little problem seeing at night.had a high power light and my boat does have headlights but still would come up to boats sitting in the water with no lights on at all,

Those “headlights” on your boat are docking lights and in most if not all states are illegal to have on when running. Boating costs enough without the occasional donation to the DMR!
