    Aftermarket Exhaust

    What you got and did you see any improvements over stock?

    Gil's were on it when I got it. Sounds and runs great, but nothing to compare it to as far as gains. I've put 500 hours on her before and after "refresh".

    mine came with stainless marine powder coated black with polished stainless risers and i put new stainless corsa captains call on it after a plate and a solenoid both broke

    I'd agree. I think the CMI's are a total waste of money unless you can pick up cheap or have HUGE HP

    Dave, have heard good and bad about lightning headers.. Has to do with the duration of the cam. For me not so great but for others have heard great things call them and ask for Jan he is the owner. I will be going to dry if i keep these. or keep the stock as i have had no issue.

    I currently have corsair quick and quiet 2. Is there an easy way to add captains call exhaust?or does the motor need to be lifted to put the y pipe etc...Thanks, Tom

    The Q&Q II is just a y-pipe with no solenoid if i remember correctly. You should have the Y-pipe already installed so all you would need to do is buy the diverters & run some wires.
    I know a guy who buys & has a ton of NOS Corsa stuff, if you're interested.

    Running CMI E-Tops with no gain on top end but gain in midrange and they sound great........

    im definetly intersted if it possible to do. i looked for the y pipe but dont see it. it should b obvious right? what if its quik and quiet (not 2)?
