    dock lights power draw

    ayone draw alot of power when you turn on the dock lights/headlights on your baja?

    Ya, I never have tried to measure it but you can tell they are pulling hard.

    IMO a useless feature on a boat. Only good at idle to see limited area. Another place for water to leak from.

    They do draw power. They are similar to headlights on power draw. I'm guessing they are 55watt bulbs.

    Agreed. I never use them and can't see **** when they are on. Great idea for an upgrade "line item" is about it.

    i hear that, i sometimes use them when pulling in, guess its pitch black and they help a little. just wondered why the draw! its like its gonna cause the battery to die right there! and im running 2 oddysey baterries!

    I just figured they're a big draw and they're usually on while motors only idleing so its pulling most of it right out of the batteries. I don't use em enough to G.A.S.
