    Factory Head unit

So who has replaced them and with what? Mine is crapping out. The volume will only go down now so I can barely hear it anymore and I can't change radio stations anymore. Looking for some recommendations so I can get this replaced ASAP.

CMD5 is a direct replacement plug and play for anything up to this. The CMD6 you have to rewire everything.

I'm guessing you have a XMD3 or 1 if so the chassis is smaller on the CMD units...I had a CMD4 and CMD5(currently) was going to switch to the CMD6, but would've required too much upgrading...I found all mine on Ebay...My boat came originally with a XMD1

I had to make a bezel to fit around it to replace the XMD style footprint...They cut the hole in the dash too big at least on my boat they did.
