What prop size for a 340 sportfisher with twin 275 verado's?

I repowered my 2001 340 sportfisher with twin 275 verados than came off a 29' RIB, last owner kept the props as they would not fit my boat anyway but do you have any recomandations?
I am looking for hi speed and low consumption as fuel prices in norway are $10 per gallon..

Mecury's FURY is the "hottest" prop going now. It's a 3 blade. We run a single 250 Pro XS clamp on with a 26 pitch to around 76 MPH.

You might need/want a four blade (Tempest) with the extra weight and may be able to run a higher pitch with twins. I don't have any experience with the Veardo engines (torque).
