    My 1990 baja DVX 265, 90

    Hello fellow Baja owners.

Here is the 90 265 DVX I bought this past spring (2012) If any one have info on this boat please share! It had WI tags on it. Currently its in Mn.

Going by the CD that was in the radio Im guessing it was a younger owner. Heck any info on hull design is also helpfull. 20 degree witch has a small "pad bottom" also?.?!

A little info on it. 502 mpi, bravo 1, spinning a 23 marage+ prop. It only ran 56. Once I did my own compression test, (dont trust what the broker will tell you ;) ) the engine was all over the map!! 160 psi on one cyl, avarage was 125-130. 2 cylinders were 90, 75! (blowen head gaskets) so 56 mph wasen't bad. Heads are off engine now getting re done over the winter.

    On to some pics!

    As I found it.

Here is how it was when I bought it and ran this summer.

Nice looking ride. Looks like someone put some money in a new motor for it.

Thank you. What I found online searching was that it was sent back to Baja in 1994 for new power (502 MPI) and graphics. But thats all I have found

Looks great! I was going to say tint the glass but the latter pics show this was done. New black or white rubrail is another thing you could do to exterior. I tried everything to clean mine on my old 1991 260 but nothing worked. Taco is where you can get replacement.

    Thank you guys.

Where did you buy your Taco rub rail from? Or just google it and find it.

Plastic paint sticks to that rub rail real good. So it it's not all scuffed up you can paint it pretty easy.

I got mine when i was having some fiberglass work done many years ago so i didn't order it myself. You can't order from Taco, have to get it from a dealer. West Marine the Taco stuff. Or like Nightlife said, paint it.
