Painting my 272. Paint or wrap?

Re doing all the interior. While it's being done I'm debating paint or wrap. If I use automotive paint will it last ? And what type paint holds up the best? Emeron? All and any info will be very helpfull. Will get my interior back in 3 weeks or so. All the wood was bad. Gonna take a little longer than normal.

If your questioning painting it I'd wrap it. Once you paint it you can't go back. If you do I'd do base clear don't paint the transom

reading threw some old threads and came across a comment by someone i trust ,i am a auto body man and painter and getting ready to get color on the sunsport and now i read something about not painting the transom and i am going with a base clear system by sherwin williams and have been in touch with my reps about witch product to use.i am not painting the bottom but the rest will be color coated and mid coated and cleared ,i do not use emron due to how many friends i have lost from that paint . i know a lot of better products have come out since this was written but i would still like to know why not to paint transom ,,,thanks

I just noticed that too.. Never heard of not painting transom.. I was considering painting mine as well to match the wrap once i pull the platform when winter starts in a couple months!

Maybe be Stan (JO) will know why? Jersey??
