Moving boat to Mandeville, La this season. Need help and contacts.

Wanting to move boat to the Mandeville, La area for the 2016 season so I need your help with who to call for the following items.

    (1) Storage. I do not keep my beat in the water so I need a storage facility that can house a 42ft boat on trailer, 50ft x 15ft wide should be good with a 14ft door. I have called the marinas but my boat is to big for their storage areas so warehouse or RV storage near the ramp would be perfect.

    (2) Fiberglass and gelcoat person. Have a few scratches I want fixed.

    (3) Last but by far most important a good mechanic to work on boat and 496HO's.

Am planning on going down this weekend to look around if the weather cooperates. Looking forward to meeting new friends and enjoying the area. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Are you moving to Mandeville or just moving the boat down?
There is at least one dry-stack in Slidell. Do you know what the weight is on that monster?
The marina I'm at in Biloxi can lift a max 30,000 lbs no idea how that compares to other marinas

Just moving the boat down for the season, I move it someplace new every year. I am looking this weekend around the Mandeville area for a place that will take my boat without leaving it in the water.

Cool, just in time for tickfaw 200.

Storage. Not sure if they dry dock in mandeville. Slidell has a new full service dry storage. 12ft winter and $15/ft summer rates. Scottys performance in Slidell also! He used to be Copland guy! Have friends that use him and also have Precision in Metairie for some 1500 hp upgrades!! Lol

Mandeville/madisonville is a nice area. 25 mins from Slidell for me. But if you could find storage, it's close to prop stop also!

Not sure about gel, but can ask around. There is a marina in madisonville, but don't recall dry slips.

Was thinking of a warehouse to store it in rather than a marina, just something close.
